cop 082295-1 This was a Dallas County project in the cities of Dallas, Carrollton and Coppell
Halff and Assoc. prepared the CDC and I signed and submitted. I did not track or follow up because
Jt was not our project.
cop 073096-1 CLOMR was issued along with a CDC. No work has been completed or accepted
by the city. Some fill was placed but when this project starts up again they
will need to back through the process.
cop 070199-1 & 092301-1 These were part of the same FEMA submittal. On 10-1-03 a final
LOMR was issued. We did not follow up on the CDC because the areas fell outside the
regulatory zones with the 1998 CDC revisions.
