The enclosed amount of $31,206.93 is representative of 50% of the roadway impact fees due
for Building C (800 Sandy Lake Road) based on the agreement with the Coppell Economic
Review Committee as referenced in the December 6, 2004 letter from Audrea Ray. The
original amount of $62,413.86 is indicated in the Development Fee Table dated January 26,
2005 provided by the engineering department.
I am currently working with Chad Beach in the Finance Department so as to finalize the
contractual agreements with the City of Coppell for final council approval.
