request from PD-97-R (Planned Development-97) to PD-97R3-R
(Planned Development-97 Revision 3-Retail) to allow the occupancy of
approximately 73,128-s~,uare-feet of the existing building for Universal
Academy (grades K-12 ), and the occupancy of the remaining 41,475-
square feet for college and/or retail uses, on 10.7 acres of property located at
the southeast comer of Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Blvd., at the
request of Karl Crawley, Masterplan.

1. The City will need to review the traffic plan.
2. Sidewalk adjacent to Sandy Lake Rd. and MacArthur Blvd. should be 5' in width.
3. FDC's needs to be 1.5 x height of building away from the building on the same side of
fire lane as F.H. within 50' of F.H.
