Thanks. This problem also involves Comcast cable television. Clay said his cable tv was out because the
cable had been cut. Apparently Comcast's cable has been unburied for several weeks. Diana has
contacted Comcast about the problem.

Rick, the phone outage at Clay's house is from the home construction work in Hidden Valley subdivision. I
talked to Garreth about it earlier this afternoon. He had me call their 800 number to report it (it had
already been reported by resident at 448 Hidden Valley) so Verizon is aware and has dispatched a tech to
fix the break and restore service in area affected.
