Only 10 foot of the 20 foot Utility and Drainage Easement dedicated by Volume 90218, page 3264 can be abandoned. There still must be a minimum 30 foot Utility and Drainage Easement centered over the existing 72" RCP. The 30 foot easement is shown on Sheet A-1.0 and should be shown on the plat. Is easement for fire hydrant lead on north side of property? Also, fire hydrant is too close to building.
