1. Monument signs are shown to be in the utility easements on some of the drawings.
Monument signs need to be moved out of utility easements.
2. The proposed connections to Freeport Parkway are allowed provided headache bars
(or equivalent measures) are installed to prevent 18-wheeler / truck traffic from
accessing Freeport Pkwy.
3. The driveway at the corner of Sandy Lake Road and Freeport Parkway is too close to
Freeport Parkway. The driveway should be 125'-150' from the future road. The
driveway at the corner of Northpoint Drive and Sandy Lake Road is also too close to
Sandy Lake Road.
4. The driveways along Northpoint Drive need to line up or be 125' aport.

Provide minimum 20' x 20' casements in the locations of the DDC's and water_meters.
C3.01
The drainage information will be evaluated during the plan review process.
C6.01
1. Utility easements are needed around DDC's and domestic/irrigation meters.
There appears to be a cross-connection where the tie-in is made to the 8" water line at
the north end of Northpoint Drive. Be sure that the fire line is served from the main
after the DDC.
The irrigation meter at the south end of the property is shown to be tied-in to the 8"
fire line instcad of the Ex. 8" water line as is called out. The irrigation meter should
be served from the existing 8" line.
4. The maximum allowable spacing between fire hydrants is 300'. Some of the hydrants
shown on the plans exceed this maximum.
5. Show the location of the fire department connections on the drawing.
6. The Proposed Sanitary Sewer Layout Note should meet the Building Code.
