The City of Lewisville may require deceleration lanes adjacent to this site. Has the
site plan been revised to reflect aH of Lewisville's concerns, issues and/or
requirements?
2. Be sure that the proposed driveway at the south end of Lot 5 lines up with Lake Vista
Drive.
