Dear Ken:
I have reviewed the latest revisions by the CiW of Dallas regarding the above-
referenced Interlocal Agreement. I concur with your concerns regarding the City of
Dallas' ability to terminate the A~n~t in the event additional funding is necessary to
pay for the project (Parasrn~h V). It is my un~ that the City of Coppell must
relocate Dallas' waterline and its conceivable that the project will cost more ~ the $I.3
Million earmarked by the City of Dallas. It is our opinion that thc current contract is not
satisfactory to the City and unless the termination lang,~,_~ge is deleted, we recommend the
City not enter into the Agreement. If you have any questions, please call me.
