Keith,
I been working with Steve of M&P Nexlevel whom you met a few weeks ago.
As we talked our goal was to get this completed before Spring Break but
Steve was having trouble getting quotes out of the contractors he ask to
do the repairs. Per my discussion with Steve today he has receive a
quote from KCK Utilities which Larry I guess knows who they are, and he
is going to get KCK Utilities do the repair. I will keep you posted on
which dates and times this will commence. I know this is a busy
intersection so if you want to give me the times and dates to get this
complete let me know and I'll pass the information to M&P Nexlevel.

While you're working on resolving some outstanding issues from your
project here in Coppell could you give me a status update on our sewer
line issue at Denton Tap. We met a few weeks ago, but i've herd nothing
