Dear Mr. Sorrels:
During a site visit conducted today I observed that some of the conditions discussed in the pre-
construction meeting held on March 24~ are not being adhered to or have not been
accomplished as promised. Those conditions are as follows:
1. I found no posting of the SWPPP for the project. This item was discussed at the meeting
and should have been posted immediately upon the commencement of work.
2. The erosion control I observed does not match the approved plan of erosion control
placement submitted for the project.
We respectfully request that you immediately cease all work activity until such time as you
bring the project into compliance per Ordinance No. 91514 which was provided to you at the
pro-construction meeting. Once you have completed the listed items, please contact me to
schedule a field visit.
