Re: Engineer's Estimate of Construction Costs '~":~ AssociatedValley Ranch with Plaza Public Utilities at the Dear Mr. Morton: As you are aware Dunning Development is preparing to begin construction on Phase I of the Valley ~nch Plaza. We anticipate that construction will begin shortly after approval is obtained from the City Council on March 1988. I have enclosed the cost estimates of the construction which is proposed to occur at this time. The items on the estimates are those items which will be dedicated to the City. As you can see from the engineers estimates the inspection fee for the crossing of Belt Line Road and the improvements in the Valley Ranch Plaza is $897.54. The breakdown is $5~.14 for the Valley Ranch Plaza and $314.40 for the 12-inch water crossing of Belt Line Road. At this time~ we do not know the assessment for the water and sewer availability fee for the buildings on Pads H and I. Once it is calculated, please info~ me so that I can inform ~he owner.
