This agreement is on a trial basis. We are trying to weigh the benefit of the additional source of
information for the residents of the subdivisions against the nuisance of the additional signage. The signs
would not violate the letter of the ordinance, but they may draw additional complaints.
If we have difficulty with the project without the signs, we'll go ahead and put them up.

Larry Davis requested we not place the signs since Coppell has a sign
ordinance (you will now notice the Magnolia Park sign is down).
Representatives from Verizon, at the street side meeting, agreed to this.
The signs will be in place on the jobs within the Lewisville city limits.
Everything else is going fine.

Tommy,
Per Lynn Pierce Place the 1.9" subduct. Tommy I was in the Villas of
Coppell and didn't see any Housely 4x4 signs at any of the 4 Entrances to
this subdivision. I hope the city didn't bring that up Tuesday afternoon at
Larry's street side meeting. I saw one sign at Magnolia Estates. Let me
Know if you have any problems with running lines and handholes locations
being staked.
