Thanks for the schedule information. As to your question on whether
we'll be submitting the rest of the permits (Lewisville South) at one
time. That is a question that Verizon will have to answer as Ameriss is
preparing the permit package and turning the packages back to Verizon.
It appears that Verizon will be submitting them going forward. I'm sure
that can be answered in depth at the pre. con meeting by Verizon. Your
concerns on the number of permits that can be open at any given time,
and what constitutes final completion of one permit prior to issuance
issue can also be discussed with Verizon at the pre-con meeting.
Bringing up the question as to exactly when is the pre-con meeting?
Dick Debniak is no longer with Ameriss and I'm not sure if someone from
^meriss is scheduled to attend as Dick had been attending the various
pre-con meetings with other municipalities.

I spoke with Scott Latta this afternoon, and he indicated that Ameriss
was requesting a schedule from the city on when we would be able to
supply the balance of our as-built plans for subdivisions within the
City of Coppell. The general consensus is that with our current work
Icad we should be able to complete this process by October 8, 2004. If
any unforseen issues arise that impact that date, we will let you know.
This brings me to the next point of discussion. If you are trying to
complete the design for the balance of Coppell on a tight time frame,
are you intending to submit permit applications at one time for the rest
of this work? We need to discuss how many permits can be open at any
given time, and what constitutes final completion of one permit prior to
issuance of the next.
Feel free to respond with any questions or comments, or bring them to
the pre-con on Thursday.
