engineer this morning and get you a copy. I just spoke to Richard with

During each of the meetings we have had, including a week ago yesterday, you
committed to send me copies of the drawings of the revised retaining wall
design you said you would have built at the rear of my property to resolve
my concerns. As of this writing I have not received any copies of these
drawings.
For your convenience, you may fax a copy to my telephone number below, email
a pdf copy to this email address, mail a copy to my home address shown
below, or advise me of where I can come and pick up a copy.
Since I see work on the wall under way, I think time is of the essence so
please respond by close of business today.
