Based on our meeting ariel subsequent discussion between Dallas and CoPpeli's engineers, the numbe~ of water main lowerings is 8 for a total length of appro~ly 3,780 feel 'R'tese proposed adjustments are acceptable to the Water Utilities Department. The next step will be to finalize the tnterlocal agreement for the const~on pm!act. As discussed, the steps necessary to submit the agreement for Dallas City Couqcil action are proceeding immediately. Wa will confirm the City Council meeting date with you as soon as possible.
