RE: Riverchase Townhomes
Site Visit
A site visit was conducted on April 7, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. I observed no workers or supervisory
personnel onsite. The cones and barricades at the driveway entrance were still blocking the fight
lane of northbound MacArthur Blvd. I had Rhonda call Jason Rose to ensure that someone
would be onsite to move the barricades out of the lane by 3:30 p.m. Another issue I observed
was the lack of safe access through the site for children walking south from Riverchase
Elementary School.
These concerns were related to Mr. Rose who said he would have Mark Tarden take care of both
issues. He apparently spoke to Mr. Tarden who said he was about 5 minutes travel time from the
