I appreciated the opportunity for myself and our engineers to. meet ~wi. ~'th3oo, your staff and
engineering consultant on March 12 to d{scuss the relocations of the 30" water' transmission main
required with the proposed paving of Sandy Lake Road. As we discussed, based on the results of
that meeting, our engineers subsequently finalized the coordination of the adjustments of the
street lights, storm drains and existing water main with your engineer and it appears that the 30"
water main will need to be adjusted at 8 locations to clear the proposed improvements. However,.

As we mentioned at the meeting our engineers are will!n8 to design the adjustmems of the 30"
water trar~.mission main. However, as your engineering consultant r~ecomme, nded, we are also
agreeable to Coppell's engineering consultant' .desi~aing, the adjustments providing there is no
additional cost to Coppell or Dallas. If Coppell's engineering consultant performs the design, the
design should be coordinated with our project engineers dUring the design process. Please let me
knOw your preference.
