New air valves will be installed at stm 10+50, 20+50 (re-install), 33+00, 43+00(re-install), 4. A new configuration for the Air Valve system will be utilized to minimiTe cover req~ to only 3.8 Ft. This Air Valve design was first installed in the Denton/Rossford project ex. 66" main in 1997. 5. Prior to fie-in, a total of 200,000 gal. dewatering will be accomplished with the inst~ of blow-off valves at low points. Sheepsfoot rollers will not be permitted; skid boards will installed to distribute the load, etc. 2.
