Dear Mr. Heischman:
Upon review of the construction plans for phase one of the Villas at Lake Vista subdivision, I have found
that they are in compliance with the City of Lewisville's development ordinances and design regulations,
and hereby grant approval for the following as referenced in the construction plans:
· A street connection to Lake Vista Drive labeled as Lake Vista Place
· An emergency access connection to Lake Vista Drive
· Three (3) storm sewer connections
· The removal of an existing storm inlet located in the proposed entry street and replaced with a
storm sewer manhole
· The lowering of the 12-inch water line on the south side of Lake Vista Drive in order to make
necessary storm sewer connections
· The construction of a 4-foot sidewalk within City of Lewisville fight-of-way along the south side
of Lake Vista Drive
· Any necessary grading to achieve compliance to City of Lewisville design standards.
All workmanship within City of Lewisville fight-of-way shall conform to the City of Lewisville's design
standards and shall be inspected by an official of the City of Lewisville. All required inspection fees shall
be paid prior to construction. Please contact Jerry Roberts, Chief Construction Inspector, at 972-219-
3495 to set up a preconstruction meeting.
