Dear Mr. Holmes :
The enclosed exhibits document the flood plain fill
lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 17, and 18 where the original FEMA map
showed an extension of the flood plain onto the above
property.

These lots have been filled and house pads installed on
the ground between existing trees. This information will be
submitted to FEMA to conform to the requirements of the
LOMR-F.
The other lots of the subdivision were not effected by
the flood plain fill so it is not necessary to submit that
informaclon.
The developer may choose co submit additional
informatIon on other lots in the future though most insurance
companies only check lots for actual land within FEMA defined
flood plains.
