1. Verify all paving elevations.
2. Verify all lot elevations.
3. Complete all paving.
4. Complete stamped patterned concrete.
5. Complete ADA ramps.
6. Complete sidewalk at MacArthur Blvd.
7. Complete all sidewalks in common area.
8. Complete all backfill at walk, and paving to ~A" to the foot b-o-c to property line.
9. Complete all drainage along the north property line.
10. Complete all drainage grading northeast of wall in park.
11. Complete landscape in park and in right-of-way (grass).
12. Complete all inlets.
13. Set water meters per Coppell standards and mark.
14. Set 4" sanitary sewer clean-out per Coppell standards and mark.
15. Locate fire hydrant per Coppell standards.
16. Repair existing erosion control per ordinance.
17. Provide internal erosion control per ordinance.
18. Franchise utility installation.
19. Schedule final walk-through.
20. Provide maintenance bond for paving.
21. Provide maintenance bond for utilities.
22. Provide erosion control bond or escrow.
23. Provide as-built drawings from engineer of record.
