and to correct various errors on 25.81 acres of property located at the
southwest corner of S.H. 121 and MacArthur Blvd., at the request of Dave
Littleton, Halff Associates.

1. The City of Lewisville may require deceleration lanes adjacent to this site. Has the site plan
been rewsed to reflect all of Lewlsvllle s concerns, issues and/or requirements.
2. Be sure that the proposed driveway at the south end of Lot 5 lines up with Lake Vista Drive.
