At a previous Council me~ng there was discussion concerning the aoquiaitiOn of laird at the
northwest corner of Lodge Road and Sandy Lake Road..The. main iatme with this i~mPetty,
owned by Ms. Infeldt, is damages associated with the proximity of the existing hous~ to the
proposed right-of-way. Direction from Council was to not only look at the value of thC taking,
but to also look at the value of the property as a whole to determine if the City should aC~luire the
entire parcel of land as opposed to only the right-of-way.
Staff has obtained the appraisal report and is now in a position to discuss the report with Council
to seek additional direction on how to proceed with this acquisition.
