Gentlemen:
The City of Coppell's City Council, at the their regularly scheduled meeting on April 12, 2005, accepted your
proposal for the State Highway 121 Water Line (North Coppell Rd. to Denton Tap Rd.) project in the amount
of $ 666,079.30.
We are including six (6) copies of the Proposal, Standard Form of Agreement, Performance Bond, Payment
Bond and Maintenance Bond for your execution. Upon completion, please return all copies to our office for
further execution by the Owner. Also provide a certificate of insurance in accordance with the requirement of
the contract. We are including one set of plans and specifications for your use.
