April 28, 2004 Jeff Langston Duke-Weeks Realty 5495 Belt Line Rd., Suite 360 Dallas, TX 75240 RE: Median Landscaping sad Visibility Problems Dear Mr. Langston: Your last communication with the City regarding this issue was in August of 2002. It is my understanding that you were in the process of addressing the issue of poor visibility in the median areas of Freeport Parkway between Bethel Road and Ruby Road. Apparently the plantings in those medians are now overgrown and/or inappropriate in those particular areas and thus sight distance is decreased when crossing through median openings. The City of Coppell recently received a complaint regarding this problem. I will need to reply to the complainant with your solution and time frame for correction of the problem. Please reply to this letter with the requested information as soon as possible.
