Parkway regarding the surface scratches to the wall and the concern for possible
repairs at some time in the future. As we discus,seal some time ago the City of
Coppell will allow this minor damage to remain anropaired at thi~ time, however we
understand that the City of Coppefl will monitor tiffs wall for signs of additional
damage for the next two years. If structural failures occur during thla time, r~pairs
will need to be made. SBC is ~'ning t* make good tho~e repair~ if required by the
City of CoppeD.

Any failures as a result of work performed by a Contractor, repre~nting
