This letter addresses the ias~~ree~view and Froeport
Parkway regarding the snrface scratche~ to the wall and the concern for possible
repairs at some time in the future. As we discussed some time ago the City of
CoppeH will allow this minor damage to remain uurepaired at this time, however we
understand that the City of Coppe/I will monitor this wall for signs of additional
damage for the next two years. If strqneturai failure~ oeeur during thla time, r~pairs
will need to be made. SBC is w,'mt, g to make good those repair~ if required by the
City of CoppeD.
