RE: MA 04-01 Asphalt Paving Improvements for Northlake Woodlands
Dear Mr. Mayfield:
I have had conversations with Don Kennedy of your office recently regarding the'
possibility of an interlocal agreement to perform asphalt paving improvements to
streets contained within the Northlake Woodlands subdivision.
I am enclosing an exhibit of the streets under consideration for inclusion in this
project. It is anticipated that this project will consist of three phases. The streets
highlighted in this exhibit constitute phase one of the project. This phase consists
of asphalt streets with borrow ditches. Subsequent phases will include concrete
curb and gutter repair and asphalt paving on other streets within the same general
area.
While we understand that this project would not be eligible for any cost-sharing
arrangements, the City has been pleased with the asphalt paving work you have
completed for us in the past, and we want you to provide us a cost proposal for
performing this work.
