Dear Mr. Fielding:
The City of Coppell designed the above-captioned project that includes widening a portion of the
referenced roadway in which TXU has existing facilities. We will bid the project on April 26,
2005 and anticipate the contractor will begin the project no later than May 31, 2005.
The project will necessitate the relocation of streetlights within the median. As per our joint
conclusion from an earlier site visit, streetlight facilities will need to be relocated from Bethel
School Road south to the northern limit of the recently completed CMAQ project at the
intersection of MacArthur Blvd. and Belt Line Rd.
The Engineering Dept. will need to review the permit and plans soon so that all contingencies
can be covered and the work can be done in the most efficient and timely manner for all
concerned. Please submit the required permit application or contact this office as soon as
