1. Need fire hydrant street marker buttons (4)
2. Fire hydrant valve pad broken at 2na fire hydrant --
3. MLV pad broken at 2"a fire hydrant valve stack
4. 4th fire hydrant broken inside; cut off at valve out of service
5. City valves on Freeport covered, broken, and missing pad; repair and check valves are
working.
6. Sewer manhole east of building backing up, clean sewer manholes and main sewer line.
7. Need brass plugs in DC (domestic and irrigation)
8. Need DC test paperwork
9. Check meter numbers for domestic and irrigation
10. Mark on curb domestic and irrigation in blue at meters
! 1. Need curb stop cut-off to meters ground high and caps
12. Paint meter can lids blue all meter cans.
13. Paint vault lid blue
14. Need brass plugs in vault (4 small and 4 large)
15. Need drainage around vault

1. Sign,age for turn lane and markings.
2. Cut and seal cracks marked with white paint in median.
3. Seal cuts in entrance closest to Freeport.
