Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are enclosing five (5) bound sets of the Contract Document for the City's contract with Fox Contractors,
Inc. for construction of the State Highway 121 Water Line project. The contractor has signed these sets.
Please have all five sets executed for the City of Coppell and return one (1) set to us for our contract files.
Upon receipt of the fully executed contract, we will establish a date and time for the Pre-Construction
Conference. We are available to discuss this project further at your convenience.
