Erosion Control Escrow refund
We are now ready to release the Erosion Control escrow funds for Deer Run subdivision paid on
6/1/2000 in the amount of $6, 233.25. AMs. Lindelow representing Ryland Homes called on
Friday, April 22 to inquire about the status of the refund and after researching the matter, it was
determined that the refund is due.
