As of today date, we have not refunded the escrow amount for Deer Run.

I am researching whether or not the Erosion Control escrow for Deer Run subdivision was refunded last
year. The amount was $6,233.25 and was originally collected in June 2000. I don't have any
documentation that we requested a refund. Do you have anything on this?
