Dear Mr. Louviere:
The following is a list of the items identified during the walk-through of the facilities that will
need to be addresses and/or corrected before final acceptance of the project.
UTILITIES -
1. Place concrete pad at existing valve on the north end.
2. Mark MLV in blue on curb at first valve.
3. Install plug at sanitary sewer cleanout near north end.
4. Paint sanitary sewer manhole lids red.
5. Lower meter can to grade at 440 Hidden Valley.
6. Old meters not to City specification (meter loop - new standard).
7. Replace meter can at 444 Hidden Valley.
8. Clean sewer main holding in manhole.
9. Locate and raise sanitary sewer cleanout on east side.
10. City sewer cleanout on 9 lots - repair bent over pipe.
11. Grade at outfall and install handrail on headwall.
12. Remove rocks, grade, place topsoil and sod to match existing grass at Tompkins, Phillips,
Brown and Reed residences.
13. Dress and sod as necessary at two inlets on the existing street.
14. Provide "as-built" plans, and maintenance bonds for water, sewer, paving, drainage and
erosion protection facilities.
Please notify me when these items have been completed so that a follow-up inspection can be
scheduled.
