RE: 300 W Bethel Road / Bethel Road Estates Phase II, Lot IR
Dear Mr. Holmes:
The work carried out over the past few weeks to connect the referenced address to City
water and sewer lines appears to be mostly complete. I am reminding you with this letter
that there are two remaining items to provide prior to a Certificate of Occupancy being
issued:
1. "As-built" drawings signed by the Engineer of record.
2. Maintenance bonds lbr the water & sewer connections and the street repair.
Please forward these items to my attention for consideration so that the project can be
issued a final acceptance letter and a CO.
