That sounds good. We won't hold you up from getting started, but you need to have that signed copy
before you start work on that adjacent lot.
Please provide a copy of the filed document for our records once it has been received from Dallas County.

Keith, Dr. Rozas has the easement on her desk awaiting signatures. She
is going to get it signed, notarized and overnight delivered to the
adjacent property owner for her signature.
Once it has been returned she will get it to Dallas County for filing.
Dr. Rozas understands that this needs to be done as soon as practical.
