Dear Mr. Gesek:
I have reviewed your proposed grading and drainage plans (Sheets C 1 and C2) for the above
referenced lot prepared by Bentley Engineering, Inc. and dated February 2005.
I have no objection to the implementation of the grading as shown on your plm~s with these
exceptions. The plans reflect the grading of a swale that collects ~vater from Drainage Area B
and continues to my property line. Please revise the plans to indicate that the swale ends at
contour 511, allo~ving the water to return to a sheet flow condition. Also, to the extent possible,
the water from Drainage Area A should be allowed to spread downstremn of the rip-rap.
My approval as expressed herein, is predicated upon your willingness to allow me or my
successor, to present to you or your successor, plans showing the regrading of the north edge of
your Lot 2 to direct drainage to my property in a different manner. Your, or your successor's
approval for such grading will not be unreasonably withheld. In the event that this occurs, your
grass mad other landscape elements would be returned to existing or better conditions at no cost
to you.
