RE: Sewer Line Damage, SW Corner of Denton Tap and Town Center Drive
Dear Mr. Massie:
We are awaiting resolution of repairs to the sewer line damaged during work activity performed
by your contractor, M&P Nexlevel, in mid-January of this year. A letter dated February 24th was
sent to your attention along with as-built plans for the area affected and a video of the
underground damage. Some additional emaiI correspondence took place at the end of March and
first part of April.
Another month has passed and no resolution has been reached. Please advise this office of the
schedule for completion of these repairs. If no resolution is reached within a reasonable amount
of time, the City will be forced to hire a contractor to make the repairs, and will then invoice
Time Warner for the cost of those repairs.
Please respond to this office at your earliest convenience to address this issue.
