NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Velasquez:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start May 9, 2005. If you should begin
work prior to that date, then the calendar days will commence on the day work begins. One
hundred forty (140) Calendar Days were bid on tiffs project for completion of work.
Therefore, if work begins on May 9, 2005 then the calcndar days on the project will expire
on September 26, 2005.
