Dear Mr. Marvin,
JDB Coppell Village Plaza - Commercial, L.P. would like to phase the
roadway impact fees for The Plaza. As each lot pulis a building permit,
the owner of the lot will be required to pay the applicable roadway
impact fee. The City of Coppell Engineering Department will also have
the right to review and approve the engineering plans for each building
prior to construction.
