Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to final acceptance: 1. Blow-off at end of City waterline needs 45© bend. 2. Provide and install brass plugs for all detector checks. 3. Repair lock on vault lid. 4. Install rain pans on sanitary sewer manholes. 5. Mark curb "FHV" in red at fire hydrant valves. 6. Install fire hydrant markers in street. 7. Paint "MLV" in blue on curb at mainline valve location. 8. First fire hydrant from Denton Tap is leaking. 9. Second fire hydrant from Denton Tap is leaking. 10. Water mainline valve at Denton Tap needs a 3' extension and new pad. 11. Rout & seal cracks on deceleration lane. 12. Clean all inlets and junction boxes. 13. Pour invert in 6' x 6' storm drain manhole and remove wall ties. 14. Provide a copy of the release letter from homeowner at 815 Mullrany. 15. Provide the required maintenance and permanent erosion bonds. 16. Provide "as-built" plans sealed by Engineer of Record. Thank you for your cooperation during the construction of this project.
