silt at Magnolia Park Subdivision

We have been contacted by representatives of the subdivision south of SH121 and west of Denton Tap concerning
the lack of appropriate erosion control associated with the construction of SH 121. It appears that the culvert
beneath SH 121 does not have erosion control around the upstream end and silt has flowed through the culvert and
ben deposited in the downstream channel. The downstream channel is a private area maintained by the
Homeowners Association of Magnolia Park.
Please investigate and correct any deficiencies with the erosion control. Also, please provide a time line on ~vhen
the TxDOT contractor, working on SH 121, will be removing the silt from the downstream channel.
