Konstantine,
A construction development permit will be required and inspectors from this
department will inspect the installation.
Once you have prepared the plans, submit 2 sets for our review. I don't
think the review will take very long with such a small project, but we do
need to follow the normal procedure.
No detention will be required.
Feel free to call with any questions or comments.

Hello Keith,
Please review the attached parking lot expansion project and let me know if
any sort of permitting is required. Matt tells me that there are no site
approval requirements; the proposed parking lot was approved with the
original project.
Also we are proposing to capture the storm water with a curb inlet and
connect to the on-site storm drain lines. Will stormwater detention be
required?
Thank you,

Hello Matt,
Please review the attached and let us know if a Site Plan Approval will be
required. The proposed addition (outlined in red) is simply a parking lot
addition approx. 120' X 100'. Are there any other City permits required?
The storm drainage will be collected by a curb inlet and piped to an on-site
storm drain. Will stormwater detention be a requirement?
Thank you,
