Let's plan to schedule a meeting with our utility people and the contractor prior to him beginning the work.
We can set that up the week before June first, or we can set it for June first.

We talked to KCK Construction about a start date for the repair of the
sewer line in Coppell, Texas. They are scheduling the work for June 1,
2005 due to the school traffic. If there is a way for them to start
earlier (due to school letting out earlier) then they might be able to
start sooner, but as it looks now the start date is June 1,2005.
If you should have any questions, please advise.

I just talked to KCK Construction in reference to the sewer line repair
in Coppell. We discussed two options. He is going to the site today to
investigate the school traffic when school lets out today. If the
traffic is not too bad, he will do the work in 1-2 weeks. If the school
traffic is bad, he will schedule the work after school lets out for the
summer.
They will contact me late today or first thing tomorrow morning on the
best option for the repair work that would be in the best interest of
everyone and the safety of all.
I will inform you when KCK Construction gets a schedule to me. If I do
not hear from KCK Construction by 8:00 AM on May 6, 2005, I will call
them and then respond by e-mail to the date of the scheduled start date.

This is not what we want do we? We need to take care of this ASAP. It
was suppose to be completed during spring break in April. Now we have to
due it on weekends due to the school entrance that is if the city will
allow us. Please inform me by tomorrow 5/5/05 the schedule on when this
will be repaired so I can get with the city of Coppell.
