Subject: 121 Water line bore pits and easements
Suzan and Keith,
We have moved the line 8 feet to the west where it crosses 121
Please have a look at the attached pdt drawings of the bore crossing
SH121 We betieve that no easement changes are required on the north
end On the south end a handshake with FRWM for the temporary easement
~s probably needed
Once you agree to this alignment change we w,II modify sheets 13 and 19
for addendum #2. We will also g~ve you an 8-1/2 x 11 sheet of the south
temporary construction easement to discuss with FRWM

Addendum No 1 SH 121 Waterline
In my absence from the office, I sent out Addendum No1 without
prewewing it I knew that we had a City of Coppell standard format for
the Addendum and was sure ~t was located in the file system where it
would be located easity Unfortunately it was not Iocated and our staff
used the BHC standard format
My apologies We will switch to the City of Coppell format for all
future addenda

Have you had a chance to look at the additional easements we will need
for the bore pits I think that we will be better off if we only have
to deal w~th the owner of FRWM He was the first to sign the
easements
and Ken and I both have talked with him Once we determine what is
needed we need to contact him The easements could hang us up on this
project
