The Agreement in my file is between TXU & The City of Coppell. The
City of Coppell pays the fiat rate monthly fee for !,he,, electric usage on Rate Schedule "A".

Rick, I am reseamhing a question brought up by this HOA regarding
maintenance of the actual poles installed when the subdivision was built in 1998-99. Residents who were
there from the beginning remember that they got a different style pole than the usual installed & that the
HOA agreed to maintain them. I can't find anything in our records one way or the other. The installation
agreement in our file does not indicate maintenance responsibility for the poles per se. Do you have
anything that would state who is responsible for maintaining the finish of these poles? Apparently the dark
finish is faded to the point that the red primer coat is showing through. Please reply with an answer I can
forward to the HOA president.
