On this date, HBC/Terracon's technician arrived at the above referenced job site as scheduled for
lime slurry placement observation. The following was observed
HBC/Terracon's technician observed the lime slurry being applied on this date on
approximately 123,300 square feet excluding leaveouts for Building C. The majority of
this section was not mixed in initially until Monday, 04/18/05, due to the mixer was
down on Friday and Saturday.

Services: Lime slurry placement observation
On this date, HBC/Terracon's technician arrived at the above referenced job site as scheduled for
lime slurry placement observation. The following was observed.
HBC/Terracon's technician observed the lime slurry being applied east to west, covering
an area 75 feet wide; north to south average spread was between 265 feet and 275 feet.
Mixer initial settings were 7 inches deep and HBC/Terracon's technician informed them
that it should be 8 inches. The second mix was set at 9 inches as per Hardy, the
operator with McFadden Miller.
The slurry was placed on this date on an area 270 feet by 75 feet of the northeast
quadrant of Building Pad C or 20,250 square feet.
