The contractor completed the pilot hole on Saturday 2/5/5. He moved his equipment back to the north side today and will begin the 24"
reamer tomorrow 2/8/5. The problem with the pilot hole was the different types of materials encountered, sand and rock. The contractor is
about five days behind the schedule I sent to you on 1/18/5. Hopefully, he can make up some time so he can still pull pipe the week of
March 21.
