RE: West Sandy Lake Road Project
Dear Michael:
We are beginning the process of assembling plans, maps, details and other data to assist us
in the planning and design for the West Sandy Lake Road project. I would appreciate your
staff's assistance in providing us with as much of this information as possible. We are
available to meet with you at your convenience to discuss these items, as needed. I am also
prepared to send one of our engineers to assist you and your staff in researching and
compiling the information.
The following is a list of items we will need to proceed with design:
A. Complete Construction Plans for the following existing projects: 1. West Sandy Lake Road (any plans, studies or reports for this section of roadway)
2. Denton-Tap Road
3. East Sandy Lake Road
4. Royal Lane
5. Water Transmission Line (from new elevated storage tank, along Sandy Lake
Road, to Denton-Tap Road)
6. Coppell Road (north of Sandy Lake Road)
B. Construction Plans and/or Site Plans (including approved Final Plats and Replats) for
the following adjacent subdivisions and developments:
. 1. Four Seasons Addition (east of Royal Lane)
2. Coppell Bible Fellowship (east of State Road)
3. Coppell TXU Switching Station (west of Coppell Road North)
4. Oakbend Addition (at Oakbend Drive & Branchwood/Sandy Lake Road)
5. Woodlands of Coppell (west of Cottonwood Branch Creek)
6. Villages at Cottonwood Creek, Section V (at Coppell Road North/Sandy Lake
Road)
7. Villages at Cottonwood Creek (at Winding Hollow Lane/Sandy Lake Road)
8. Shadow Woods Estates (Coppell Road South at Edinburgh Lane)
