Do you know if it is their practice to notify residents prior to blocking the alleyways so that if they need to
get out of their rear entry garages they can do so? I had a call from a nice man who praised our city
services but was curious about why they were notified by Verizon 2 weeks ago but with no notice today
woke up this morning not being able to get out of their garage because of all the contractor's
trucks/equipment.
